The kitchen also includes dishes, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. For families with little ones, there is a high chair, cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes available. For guests traveling with pets, a pet fee of $50 is required, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after both inside and out. ADA recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the pet fee. Electric vehicle charging stations are conveniently located near the laundry facility and tennis courts, making it easy to top off your battery just steps from your door. This second-floor unit requires climbing one flight of stairs, as there is no elevator access, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Noise ordinances are strictly enforced at 10 PM, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Items cannot be hung from the balcony, and the AC should not be set below 68 degrees to prevent freezing. Check-out is at 10 AM, and any stay past this time will result in an additional day charge and cleaning fee. Any issues must be disclosed prior to check-out, or guests will be held liable for damages. The property manager must be notified and given the opportunity to resolve any issues during the stay. Refunds are not issued for lack of amenities such as TV, internet, or AC, as these outages are beyond control, but efforts will be made to resolve issues promptly.
