The Villas on Lake Mary is a newly built community featuring spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments conveniently located off I-17 and close to all the best things Flagstaff has to offer. This community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate, middle, or low-income households. Residency at The Villas on Lake Mary requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the Government and the Managing Agent. Initial leases are 12 months with the option to choose a 6-month lease or shorter upon renewal.
