It is set in farm country - cows and fields surround our cottage. It is peaceful, beautiful setting & quiet. Washer/dryer provided. The place is on the smaller side so smaller furniture is necessary. The larger bedroom can fit a queen size bed. Living space is small but bath & kitchen is nice size. Electric heat. No cable is available but you can have internet and WiFi phone availability (ex. Hughsnet). Lease is month to month after 1 year of residency (only sign one time), we pay trash/recycling, septic and water, tenant pays electric & their needs. Need to maintain lawn/hedges (we provide mower). Driveway/lane plowed by us with snow fall.
