Just a few minutes away from: Shepherd Blvd Elementary School, I-70, Women's and Children's Hospital, Home Depot and a whole lot of Eateries and Shopping. Lawn care taken care of by the landlord. Utilities are tenant's responsibility. Showing will be on weekends ** Photos may not be from the unit listed for rent. However, the plan and layout is similar for all units.
