All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal. If these cause plumbing issues, guests can be charged. There may be times when the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided, thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
