I'm looking for a roommate to occupy the master bedroom and bathroom in this fully furnished 3 br / 2 ba house in Post Falls. I'm a single 26-year-old male, working mostly remote as an engineer, 7am - 3pm. I currently occupy the two smaller bedrooms and one bathroom, with one bedroom being my office. I'm fairly quiet and like to keep the house clean. I'm new to the area, so I don't have guests over very often. I like to cook, workout, spend time outdoors, and play videogames with friends. I'm big on communication about expectations and boundaries as roommates, but I'm easy-going, respectful, and willing to work with your preferences. Message me if you're interested and would like to meet up and see the house. Each of our own bedrooms and bathrooms will be private from each other. The shared space will include the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, two-car garage, as well as the partially fenced back and front yard. Your master bedroom is about 180 sq ft (13' 6" x 13' 2"), while the attached bathroom and walk-in closet space totals about 175 sq ft. The house comes fully furnished by the owner. Anything you don't need may be put into the garage. I'm asking you to split the rent 50/50 and pay $1200/mo. The square footage of each of our private spaces are about the same, with your master bed/bath being slightly larger. Additionally, we will split the cost of gas and electric, which seems to be averaging about $160/mo during the summer. I'm currently on a month-to-month lease with the owner, though there may be an option to sign a longer lease. Current lease is month-to-month. We may be able to talk to the owner about signing a longer lease.
