It is situated approximately 200 feet from the water and provides great views! The interior was completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2022. Renovations included new spray foam insulation, new electric, new plumbing, new windows and doors, new shiplap walls and ceiling, new vinyl flooring, new hot water heater, new shower and toilet, new vanity, and all new fixtures. Also new are a Mitsubishi mini-split unit, new appliances, new furniture and mattresses, and solar patio umbrella. It comes fully furnished exactly as you see in the pictures. We have all manuals and cottage paperwork. This cottage needs nothing and is move-in ready. The park offers several amenities, including an in-ground pool, playground, a private sandy beach with fire pit, and dockage for rent. 2022 park rent was $2370, which includes water, sewer, mowing, and access to the amenities listed above. Dogs are permitted, but must first be approved by the park owner. The season extends from May 15th – September 30th. 2022 taxes were $484. *Note – I do not own the park and aforementioned amenities.
