This 1960s rancher was recently renovated before I unexpectedly move to Washington DC. The wood floors and kitchen were finished in 2025. The master bedroom has a newly built walk-in closet. The roof was replaced in 2023. You have 3 beds, 1 full bath, a large kitchen, large living area, dining room, and 1000ft sq basement that gets heat and AC but is technically unfinished. All rooms have natural light. The third bedroom is more fit as an office, studio or child's bedroom. It would fit a twin, and a queen would be tight. I love this home and am motivated to maintain it. I'm very responsive and have prior tenants as a reference for this. I want to rent to someone(s) who communicates well when there may be issues, cares for my home, and is reliable with payments and upkeep. If you'd like it furnished and are renting less than 12 months: Both the master and guest bedroom have a mid-century and Memphis design. The office has a standup desk and a closet. The basement has 10ft high ceiling and sports 1000ft sq of storage space. I purchased it in 2024 and in October 2025 to Jan 2025, I renovated to create my dream kitchen, but unexpectedly moved away in June 2025. I value folks who will respect the space, communicate well, and can afford the rent. The home is structurally super sound and I have had zero issues (plumbing, electric, etc) with it in the last two years. It gets a bi annual HVAC and heat inspection and I have folks on call if there are other more pressing issues. I require two landlord references and enough information to prove income or assets can substantially fund rent for the term.
