1. Landlord may enter rental property with 48 hours advance notice per A.R.S. 33-1343 2. Month-to-month rental that's perpetual until 30 days requested termination of lease. Any increases after one year will provide tenant with 30 days notice. No lease increases for one year guaranteed. 3. Evictions include any lease violations in accordance to Arizona law and the leasing agreement. 4. No smoking is permitted in the premises. 5.
