A 5 minute walk from my property in the other direction is the infamous Lake Tahoe and nearby beaches, great for kayakers, paddle boarders, swimmers, boaters, etc. as well as hikers, bikers, runners, long or short walk enthusiasts. You are also five minute walk to the state line of California and Nevada. Not much need for a vehicle. You have almost everything within walking distance year round.
