The house is a wonderful house to live in. It is a very open floorplan with the Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room all in one large Great Room, which also has a fireplace in the middle of the living room/ dining room areas. The Garage is a one car garage, but currenlty we have split the garage into two speperate areas. One area is a room, which could be used as a 4th bed room/Office/Game Room and the other half is a storage area. (If wanted for the buyer if they dont want the extra room and want the Garage back into a Garage the wall seperating the two spaces can be taken down.) There are also two full baths, and three bedrooms that are very comfortable. One bedroom is set up as a nursery. We are open to negotiate on the price of the house or even a Lease to Purchase Agreement. We are looking to sell the house very quickly, hopefully before the end of July 2009 just in time for school to start on August 1st. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is quiet. The nieghbors are all very nice. It is also a very family friendly neighborhood, with lots of kids for your kids to play with.
