Second, even within the subdivision, we are perfectly placed to maximize privacy and breathing room: - Cul De Sac with private parking for visitors right out the front door. - One of the largest lots in the entire subdivision with huge backyard. - Only two immediate neighbors, and the houses angle away from each other creating a buffer zone. Beyond the backyard fence is a park, with the cul de sac in front. There is space all around this house!
