The ceiling and the floor are insulated. There are also gutters with a rain water catchment system set up.The lot has some trees and is covered in beautiful fireweed. There is a garden with a greenhouse and shed out of sight from the cabin. Plenty of sun and space for a future high tunnel and/or house. It is a short walk or walk from Sunset loop ski trails, Marathon ski trail, and an old Anchor Point trail that leads to the Anchor River. It borders state and DNR land and has an easement to lots of available recreation land. There is not a well on the property, though one was drilled at two of the nearby lots and produced clean water.
