Works great for either roommates or a couple. I have also had one person rent it and use the second bedroom as a living room/office. Washer/dryer in unit, ample street parking and there is an option of $70/month parking in the driveway in the back yard. Also a small back yard area with grass and plants. $2200/month plus utilities. -prefer 1 year lease -1 month's rent and one month security deposit required. Renter responsible for electric and water. We have been splitting internet costs (upstairs and downstairs) which makes it very affordable. No smoking allowed. Credit check required.
