I had a real appraisal done 10/2015 - it came in at $132,500. The ugly bush outside in the Zillow picture was removed years ago. Now you can clearly see the front porches on 4004/4006 Hickory. Neighborhood Description I've lived here all my life. It's a good neighborhood, but has its downside like the rest of the other "city" neighborhoods. The right kind of person can make a good home life with a loving family and great friends. Stay off the streets, if you don't want to be the streets...if you know what I mean.
