Nothing but toilet tissue in the toilet. No grease in the household drainage system. Tenant responsible for their own lightbulbs. Tenant responsible to change the filter on the furnace, which will keep heating bills down while operating more efficiently. House is pest free, should pests, (roaches, bedbugs, flees etc.) be introduced to the property, tenant will be charged the exterminator fee of a reputable licensed company. NO SWIMMING POOLS ALOWED ON PROPERTY. This is not a multi-unit apartment. We wish you to enjoy and take care of this house as if it where your own property. We require a minimum two-year lease. Property will be inspected every 4 months by management to insure upkeep and necessary repairs for the benefit of both parties.
