A refundable key deposit of $35 is required and will be returned when the key is returned. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly in designated areas. Annual preventive maintenance checks may be scheduled for smoke detectors and HVAC filters, and emergency maintenance may require access to the unit if urgent repairs are needed and we cannot reach you within a specified time.
