A new furnace makes everything very efficient. There's also air conditioning which I almost never use and I recently installed the ceiling fans instead, which keeps everything very cool. The sprinklers are on a wireless controller and are smart sprinklers that will save water by shutting off automatically when it rains. The front yard is newly landscaped, and is zeroscaped and doesn't require watering. The side yard is newly landscaped with beautiful lilac bushes and has new sprinklers to water them. The past renter recently moved out. I plan additional updates and routine maintenance in the back yard as needed. New sewer line was installed with PVC pipe in April 2025. 2 large new windows (Anderson brand) were installed in Spring 2025.
