Here is some basic info about my place: I live at Wilshire Landing which is right behind Harris Teeter-literally across the Street from UNCW. I have a roommate who has a rent is 596 a month and it comes with everything-electric, water & sewer, trash, cable, and internet. Washer and dryer are inside the unit as well. It has marble counter tops, hardwood floors, flat screen tv mounted on the wall, and you would be taking over my bedroom that has the HUGE walk-in closet and private bathroom. The complex also has a new fitness center, two computers with free printing, and an area with hammocks. The apaartment offers a lot for such a low price.
