Microsoft engineers are literally 1 block away and imagine the next Bill Gates is living next to your door. I have been an Architect for 8 years since I finished my master at U.Penn. Trust me, architects know what property is worth of living and purchasing. I enjoyed my time in Atlanta but now I have my new career in another city.
