UTILITY BREAKDOWN: The home includes gas, AC, water, sewer, trash, basic cable, 1 parking stall, and 1 storage space. Tenants pay electric. SECOND PARKING STALLS: Second parking stalls are based on your ability to rent from another owner in the building, or nearby contract parking.
