**FALL/WINTER RENTAL** Month-to-month starting November 1st, 2022, until April 1st, 2023. Located adjacent to the Caribbean Resort, Chelsea House offers all the amenities, and comforts of home you would expect when you plan your Myrtle Beach vacation. Located directly across the street from the beach access, stick your toes in the sand, or enjoy the cool waters of the onsite pool, located just outside your door! Prepare a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen, recently updated with new appliances for your convenience. The location is awesome! It is located 1.1 miles from Broadway at the Beach, which you know has over 110 plus shopping venues, and 35 different dining options, as well as plenty of entertainment options. The property is also 1.2 miles from the Skywheel on the main downtown boardwalk! Another great thing about the property is that you can park right there in front of the unit, and not have to walk more than 30 feet to the front door! The guest bedroom comes with two twin beds, and the master comes with a full and a twin bed, both with private bathrooms. The living area is very spacious and comes with a pull-out sleeper sofa. This property sleeps 7 guests very comfortably. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: 1 Double/Full & 1 Twin Bedroom 2: 2 Twins Common Space: 1 Sofa bed No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. This is a Fall/Winter rental (month-to-month). We allow rentals between October 1st through April 1st, 2023. If you are renting for more than 1 month, there will be a lease to sign and a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent. A simple background check when applying is also required.
