This is a lovely fleetwood home in The village of south point in fairborn. Greene county taxes, close to wright state, wright-patterson air base, shopping, eating out, close to the new hospital in beavercreek.The home has a storage shed and a 2 car carport. A nice covered front porch and a perfect location. This is a 55 and up community and you must complete an application for admittance to the park.
