Looking for a roommate for a 6 month lease from August 2013 to January 2013. This is a two bedroom and 1.5 bath apartment with two Texas A&M female graduate students looking for a third female roommate since our current roommate is moving out early next week. The room available is the larger of the two bedrooms and would be shared, but the roommate sharing the bedroom just stores her stuff in the room and sleeps most of the time in the living room. She is willing to move out more of her stuff if needed out of the room. An earlier move-in time is possible since our current roommate will be moved out by July 10.The apartment is located at Scandia Apartments (401 Anderson St., College Station, TX). Rent is $223 per month, which includes internet but not utilities. The utility bill is split among the three roommates. There are two buses (numbers 26 and 27) that stop right in front of Scandia, and therefore getting to and from campus is easy.
