We are renting out our home in Gallup, NM. It is an older house in a nice established neighborhood. It's located right next to Mossman Park, so it's great for kids. The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, they were just refinished about 2 years ago. Pets are ok, but there will be an additional damage deposit of $150 for dogs. I am hoping to find a family who will take good care of the house because it is our home whenever we move back to Gallup. I will give a discount on rent if you take good care of it. If there is a handyman in the family I will also discount rent in exchange for work on the house. Terms are negotiable. The house is partially furnished if you want. Security deposit is $800. I will do a background check and would like a reference as well. In the pictures the front yard has been xeriscaped, so there is no more grass. I will add some better pictures soon.
