We are selling our two bedroom apartment on 900 East for the end of April through July with the option to renew in the Fall for another year. This is a great option for married couples or roommates! There are laundry facilities onsite as well as a playground and large lawn for kids. The location is perfect for BYU students since it is a very close walk to campus as well as close to a BYU shuttle stop and a UTA bus stop. The neighbors are all very friendly, and there are quite a few families in the complex as well. If you are an unmarried BYU student, you do need to get a waiver to live here, but all of us were able to get waivers very easily here. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen has been nicely updated with tile floors, a dishwasher, oven and stovetop, fridge, disposal, and microwave. All of the appliances are very nice and work well. The pantry is also very large. The living room and bedrooms have very nice newer carpet as well. Each of the bedrooms has a very large closet and one has a built in cupboard as well. The bathroom has two sinks separate from the toilet and shower. There are two storage closets in the apartment as well. Utilities are a flat rate of $92/month and include electric, gas, and internet. The apartment has central heating and an air-conditioning unit in the living room. Parking is off-street, behind the complex, and you only have to pay $25 for a parking sticker for the whole year. There is a partially-covered bike rack as well. The apartment is unfurnished, but we are willing to leave the kitchen table and/or two sofas for free if you are interested. We are only getting rid of them because we will all be moving out of state. Gas, electric, and internet cost $92/mo in addition to rent. The rest of utilities are paid by owner.
