Great little 3 bedroom apartment. Kitchen has a lot of storage, and bathroom is good size. The best part is that each of the three bedroom are very good sized. Use them all as bedrooms, or have an office space or dining room. There are washer and drier hook-ups in the basement, which is a shared space between two tenants. Storage is also available in the basement. Tenant is responsible for all utilities Tenant responsible for Gas (Consumers Energy), and all other utilities (City of Bay City Water, sewer, electric, trash). We will rent month to month at $650. Rent will lower to $600 if willing to sign a 1 year lease.
