I am literally never home, so that is why I am looking so sublease. Otherwise, I wouldn't be because I absolutely adore this apartment. I am constantly getting compliments on it, and it's also so close to campus and the The Square. My roommate is also the bomb dot com. It comes with cable and internet, and utilities usually range from $35 to $50 monthly. Sadly, the Vistas are NOT pet friendly. I am currently in the standard room, which with this layout is the LARGEST room that the Vistas has to offer. Seriously, it's huge. Since I work a lot and take several hours I am not able to provide tours of the apartment. However, the front office does have a show room available to tour. I believe the room they show is the 2 bed 2 bath layout. It's practically the same except my apartment has WAY higher ceilings, a empty loft room, two patios, and since it's on a corner it's angled instead of the rooms being straight across from each other. Also, the complex JUST remodeled ALL of their amenities. So the pictures of the workout room, study room, and lounge are not accurate on the website anymore. They will show you all of the new ones in the tour when you go to the front office. There is also a $250 subleasing fee, but I am willing to cover that.
