The housemate will have an assigned 1 car parking space. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet. The room is approximately 12 by 11 feet with a 9.5 by 2 feet closet and it has a lot of natural light. The person renting the room will have full access to the kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a separate bathroom for his/her own use. Since we are going to be sharing the condo, I prefer someone who is mature, very clean and organized friendly, quiet and have a basic understanding of sharing the common areas of the condo.
