The 2 bed 2 bath condo its facing North and has great views of the San Pablo Bay as well as a farm with a lot of cows and wild life. Indoor washing/ dryer, and dishwasher. The housemate will have an assigned 1 car parking space. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet. The room is approximately 12 by 11 feet with a 9.5 by 2 feet closet and it has a lot of natural light. The person renting the room will have full access to the kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a separate bathroom for his/her own use. Since we are going to be sharing the condo, I prefer someone who is mature, very clean and organized friendly, quiet and have a basic understanding of sharing the common areas of the condo. Please send me a message explaining your current housing situation and any past experience sharing a house/apartment. I am looking for a housemate who is vaccinated (Covid-19). Privacy and quiet is predominant in this neighborhood and the housemate is encouraged to keep it that way.
