CREDIT REQUIREMENTS: minimum of 650 FICO score, no late payments/collections, verifiable income, and rental referrals helpful. MOVE IN FEES: 1st and last month rent plus a $500 deposit. LONG TERM RENTAL ONLY. Owner pays water, sewage, garbage, basic cable. Tenant pays utilities, internet and phone.
