1BR on third floor of building on historic Pine St. for $1275 including heat. Tenant pays electric. I am the current tenant and I am unfortunately moving out to live with a few roommates. I am so sad to be leaving! The apartment was renovated last year and has new laminate flooring, new kitchen appliances, and freshly painted. My favorite room is the kitchen because it is so spacious and it has a built-in bookcase and built-in shelves. It has a separate living room and good size bedroom. The bedroom can fit a bed, bureau and a desk with walking space. The apartment has 3 closets! The bathroom has a full tub and shower. Also lots of natural light throughout the apartment, packages don't get stolen, blocks from Whole Foods...I can't say enough! Although it stinks there is no laundry in the facility, there is laundry super close (like 3 blocks). This apartment is worth it! Pets are allowed if approved by landlord, she has a non refundable fee. Heat included in rent. Tenant pays electric
