We pay for the water and sewer. The one bedroom currently rents for $750.00 and the three bedroom rents for $1,050.00. Neighborhood Description I spoke of some of the amenities of the neighborhood above. It is quiet and the neighbors have all been very friendly. It really is a bit of country in the city.
