I have completely furnished the common areas, including the shared bathroom, but you are welcome to bring anything you would like. In-unit dishwasher, but the washer and dryer are downstairs. Hot water, with good water pressure. The A/C can get quite cold, I prefer to keep it around 72. The room is unfurnished, has a large closet with folding doors, outlets on each wall, a ceiling fan, and a large window w/ blinds.
