This centrally located home is within walking distance to Kyle Field, Northgate restaurants, bars, and live music, and Century Square shopping, dining, and entertainment. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. This property is not intended to be a party house. Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the yard, neighborhood, and nearby parks. Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing, and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are allowed on the property in the fire pit located in the backyard. No candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move the grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch or soffit of the home; put it back in its original position and clean it after each use. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster per the City of Bryan/College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
