Current residents include myself (real estate broker and onsite property manager), an electrical engineer renovating his Seattle apartment, e-commerce web designer, City program director, college professor, Boeing engineer, and a commercial broker. We are looking for community-minded folks excited about a house share with other professionals, close to great hiking, swimming, running, paddling, biking recreation - but still within the city limits. Single occupants only. The ideal tenant in this home should be employed with at least a two-year work history in your industry and an income of $2700/month or more; with good rental references. We screen all tenants over age 18 for background to ensure a good fit. No pets allowed. Preference given to tenants with no more than one vehicle to minimize impact on neighborhood parking.
