At least 24 months of continuous positive employment history. 7. Tenants will be required to obtain renter's insurance that includes a minimum $100,000 general liability policy. 8. First month's rent and the security deposit is due upon lease signing. 9. Applicants that do not meet all of the criteria will need a co-signer who does meet the criteria.
