This is a family-friendly (except your pets, sorry fur babies) home with a fantastic back yard and lots of space for everyone. Currently only have availability starting mid-May. $6,000 for full 30 day+ stays, heated pool, all utilities included (electric gas, sewage, water, pool, landscape, pest control, internet). The Home: As you open the large double doors and walk in you'll see vaulted ceilings, a large gathering space with views to the outdoor patio and pool area. If you have any children in your group, they will probably beeline to the foosball table before they run outside to the play structure. This home is conveniently located in the heart of the valley so you don't have to travel very far to get to anywhere. Or if you'd simply like to enjoy the outdoor entertainment area by throwing some meat on the grill, watching a family movie, or just relaxing by the pool all month, you're just steps away. The options for your group are endless, from the putting green, to the spa, there's something for everyone. *YES the pool is heated at no additional cost. We do not guarantee any specific temperature since it is largely weather dependent but we try to keep it at or above 80 degrees. **Please read house rules before reaching out.** -No parties/events -No pets -No smoking -No loud anything outside after 10 PM. A weekend getaway to celebrate something special, relax and hang out does not always mean "party." Here's what we mean when we're referring to "party/event": -If you are having a caterer deliver and/or serve food, set up tables and chairs, etc. -Inviting extra guests who are not staying at the property over the reservation period -Need more than the provided 5 or 6 parking spaces. or -Will be creating and leaving extra waste and mess to be cleaned up that would not be covered in the regular cleaning fee (i.e. confetti, party decor, or things that will overfill a normal residential trash bin during your stay).
