Homesteaders dream!!! We have been blessed to make so many memories in this beautiful home! Harvesting the apples from our two mature trees (Fuji and Red Delicious) kept us busy. There was plenty of space in our full room pantry to store all of our canned produce and meat! There is plenty of room on our nearly 4 acre property to have chickens, pigs, goats, and a few cows!! With a barn and two sheds, there is plenty of storage space while still being able to house the critters! Surrounding the two car detached garage is full hookup for 5RVs so invite the family and friends over anytime! Everyone will have fun swimming or fishing in the 1/2 acre pond. The back porch is covered and super comfy place to chill in all seasons! The back deck off of the porch needs some tlc but is fullly functional. Spacious kitchen with half bathroom off to the side next to the carpeted steps to our finished basement! Down there we have the large pantry, the bedroom with a walk-in closet, a small school room/office space, and the most cozy living room with a fireplace! Christmas trees by the fire are amazing!! The electric furnace (used only 2 seasons) is ready to go! The wood burner needs a new fan, it is located just outside of the sliding glass doors. We have it hooked up outside with the duct work able to come through the window. This kept the heat in and the ashes out!! The rest of the house upstairs tempts ypu from going downstairs. With lots of windows showcasing an amazing yard, it's hard not to choose a seat by the bay window to sip coffee in the morning sun! 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs have big closet space! This is a very loved home, that we are only selling because we have been called into full time tent revival ministry! We are excited for whomever gets this wonderful property.
