Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for gas and electricity via PECO and PGW. Tenants must open account with and pay for ISP for internet access. Heating, hot water, and oven/range are gas. Heating/Cooling are through a central HVAC system. This is the first time I am using Zillow, but I will try to use this site/app to process the background checks and application. First and Last month's rent required upon move-in. Deposit of one month's rent amount due upon signing the lease. Payments to be submitted directly by check or via a service such as Zelle.
