Our home is a two owner, myself being the second owner. Our home needs a Family with children. The home has two driveways, the back is leading to the grade school. Children should have to cross only one residential street. The roof is only one layer-we put a new rood-eaves and gutters on in the summer of 2005. The inside of the house has been well maintained. We put on a two story addition on the back of the home in the early 90's. This addition has added much need space onto the kitchen and a fourth bedroom. Giving additional storage space in the attic with a pull down stairway. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is good for Families that are just starting out. There is access to several restaurants-pharmacies- stores- 75-475 expressway. Nice neighborhood for children-there are quit a few Families with children. My home is the largest in the neighborhood, because of the upgrades and the addition.
