Potomac Overlook Park and Gulf Branch Nature Center are a short walk away, with tennis courts, basketball courts, a pool, campfires and nature programs. A network of running and cycling trails is also nearby, with the opportunity cover dozens of miles alongside the Potomac to Mount Vernon, along the historic C&O canal in DC, or out into the Virginia countryside.
