It is in perfect condition, well ventilated, has a balcony with mesh and is about 5 min drive (about 1 mile ) from Walmart, CVS, Citibank Office and other IT offices including LTI. The community has gym, swimming pool, 2 ponds with beautiful ducks and a paved path to walk around these ponds. It is very safe with night time patrols. The deposit of $400 is fully refundable and you will receive it in full at the time of moving out of the unit. There is a non refundable application fees of $50. There will be a credit check but the limits are pretty reasonable. Even though the lease duration is 8 months, it is extendable. Offering a huge discount on the month of December for anyone who is interesting in the 8 month or more lease. I will be available to show the unit on the 15th,16th and 17th of December. Thanks!
