The neighbors are extremely friendly, people would smile at you when passing by, all homes are townhomes in this neighborhood, there's a community pool. Mail box is centrally located next to the pool. My home was owner occupied I lived here myself previously, it's well taken care of. Fridge, washer, dryer and dishwasher are all new from 2022. I have an ecobee thermostat at home so it helps to save utilities. You'll need to set up water and gas, my experience is less than $50 for water and around $50 for gas. I'm renting it out due to job relocation to Durham NC. It's 2.5 hours away from you so I'll be around should you need maintenance or anything. Cats and small dogs are okay, absolutely no smoking inside the house please! I'm hoping to find someone respectful and responsible to live in this lovely house.
