very sound all-brick structure. everything works,new roof (tearoff) and windows (nice bay in living room), 6 yr new furnace, central air, original good hardwood floors throughout (most covered by carpet),very nice all concrete drive (6 car parking) Neighborhood Description growing up here was wonderful. so many kids in the neighborhood there was always a sports game/ teams we could get together. The streets are quiet with little traffic because of the cul-de-sac design.
