The huge open living area features an extra-large sectional that is perfect for movie nights, game days, or just chilling after a sun-soaked beach adventure. Catch some serious vacation vibes in one of three roomy bedrooms, all with king-size beds made for ultimate relaxation! Two rooms let you slide straight out to the side yard to soak up the sunshine, while the third has its own private entrance by the garage perfect for sneaking out to enjoy that fresh coastal breeze anytime you like! No waiting for showers here! With 3 full bathrooms (2 en-suites!), there's plenty of space for everyone to freshen up after a day at the beach. Gather around the open dining room table for 6, or pull up a stool at the island there's room for 4 more! The kitchen is fully loaded with brand-new appliances, an induction cooktop, spices, and all the cookware you need to whip up a feast. Cozy conversation corner alert! Sip your morning coffee, enjoy cocktails, or play cards in the stylish 4-seater nook with comfy swivel chairs, complete with easy access to an outlet if you need to sneak in a little work. Game on! The garage has been transformed into an epic game room featuring ping pong, skee ball, shuffleboard, darts, and a game table for hours of family fun. Beach days made easy! We've got you covered with 6 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 2 coolers, a beach wagon, sand toys for the kids, and plenty of towels all ready for your perfect day by the ocean. Outdoor living at its finest! Relax in the Adirondack chairs with your morning coffee, enjoy a meal under the stars at the dining table for 8, or kick back under the festive cabana bar's twinkle lights for happy hour. Let the games begin! Kids (and kids at heart) will love the slip n slide, corn hole, and jumbo Jenga endless fun in your private backyard oasis! All utilities are covered including - WIFI, gas, electric, water, lawn care & waste management. 7 day minimum rental. Longer stays welcome! Rates fluctuate depending on dates & season.
