every room is a good size - nothing smaller than a 14. x14. all the woodwork is original and quite beautiiful. the exterior and interior have been painted within the last month. New carpeting was jjust installed within the last few weeks and a brand new boiler is being installed this week - 9/27/23. the attic is the size of a ball room and can be turned into anything you may want. The front windows are stained glass and the house has all new windows with the exception of the stained glass window in front. THe front porch is also a good size and the deck with 10x20 that is off the kitchen and aslo has access from the 2nd floor
