We have city water but use a septic tank for sewage. Septic tank was pumped out in May and works perfectly. The house has two heat pump units for cooling and heat. The units are under maintenance contract with Jackson and Sons. There is a 12’ X 16’ storage shed in the back yard on a concrete slab. Roof was replaced in 2011. All of the AC duct work has been replaced.
