Recent owners had it placed on the Historical Register and began the compliance process, of which all exterior work has been completed including Environmental Study Phase I, Asbestos and Lead Paint Studies, exterior brick selections, restoration of the neon front sign, restoration of the front awnings and updating the entire roof.
