I'm the current tenant and unfortunately need to relocate, so I'm looking for someone who would love this place as much as I have! 2 bed / 1 bath 915 sq. ft. $2,145/month Available as early as September 28 in the Roosevelt Row District. Maybe sooner if needed, rent and utilities are paid through September. You will begin October 1 with rent and electricity. Some of my favorite things are the huge amount of storage, full-size in-unit washer/dryer, gas range, updated kitchen and bathroom, great natural light, and one assigned covered parking space. The location is fantastic. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown, and the light rail is nearby. Yet the apartment itself is far enough off central you don't have the noise. I rarely hear my neighbors other than when they're coming and going. There is also locked-access entry before reaching the apartment door, and security patrols the property several times throughout the night. This is an approved lease transfer through Zendoor/property management; not a private sublease. You apply and qualify directly through management, and they handle all screening, paperwork and the lease transfer. I've included their lease transfer instructions below. Once the required documents are completed and the lease change is finalized, the new tenant will assume responsibility for the lease going forward.
