All utilities except for WiFi included in rent. Pets allowed with $250 deposit as long as they get along with my dog. In unit laundry! No dishwasher or AC :/. Street parking. I already have the house fully furnished and stocked up, so someone with minimal belongings is ideal, but I can make space if you have more stuff.
